On 13 April, the Part II has come to an end and thus the first Blocktrade Securities Offering went down in history.

We are extremely pleased to announce that the Securities Offering has been a great success! This is the accomplishment of all of you who seized this opportunity and recognized the full potential of Blocktrade at an early stage.

However, we also learned that the financial market infrastructure is still not ready to tackle Europe-wide campaigns that reach over more than one legislation. As a consequence, some transactions are still in verification and will be allocated after a second capital increase.

On 7 May 2021 we were able to register the first capital increase and are pleased to share with you the partial results of the first Blocktrade Securities Offering:
