Know your customer (alternatively know your client) and the Know your business is the process of a business verifying the identity of its clients and assessing potential risks of illegal intentions for the business relationship. Essentially it answers the question if a person is truly who they claim to be? The term is also used to refer to the regulatory requirements for anti-money laundering, fraud and terrorist financing that govern these activities.
To comply with all regulatory requirements, we are required to identify all our investor’s and shareholder’s incoming/outgoing transactions. Therefore, it is of utmost importance that investors maintain a certain discipline in their transactions and always carry them out with the greatest possible prudence and transparency:
- If possible, carry out all transactions from the same account.
- Always from an account that is registered in the name of the investor.
- Do not use company accounts for investments of a private person.
We must also adhere to strict procedures regarding how we store and use the personal information you provided for your safety and security as well as our liability.
