To comply with all regulatory requirements, we are required to identify all our investor’s and shareholder’s incoming/outgoing transactions. Therefore, it is of utmost importance that investors maintain a certain discipline in their transactions and always carry them out with the greatest possible prudence and transparency:
- If possible, carry out all transactions from the same account.
- Always from an account that is registered in the name of the investor.
- Do not use company accounts for investments of a private person.
We must also adhere to strict procedures regarding how we store and use the personal information you provided for your safety and security as well as our liability.

Glossary
These terms that you might stumble over in the Blocktrade Securities Offering communication, are explained in the glossary.
A multilateral system, usually operated and/or managed by an investment firm, which brings together or facilitates the bringing together of multiple third-party buying and selling interests in financial instruments in a way that results in a contract.
Regulated market and MTF are largely subject to the same basic regulatory requirements, with some simplifications applicable to MTF. Also, a security admitted to trading on an MTF is not considered ‘listed‘ and thus being a public company for the purposes of regulatory oversight and disclosure requirements. Examples: trading systems of large investment banks.
A sale of securities to the general public.
Examples: traditional stock exchanges, such as the Frankfurt and London Stock Exchanges.
The Blocktrade Securities Offering is made of two parts. In the Part I, each investor may subscribe to as many shares as he wants, while his EliteClub Membership Tier determines how many shares are reserved in the Part I, in the case of over-subscription (meaning all the shares are sold quickly).
